After awakening from an intense and vivid lucid dream, I experienced a profound realization about our ascension journey. In that moment of clarity, insights about our connection to the rainbow body of light illuminated my mind. I feel compelled to share this revelation, as it holds significant meaning for our spiritual evolution. I will share it here regarding our rainbow body of light.
As I navigated through the terminal, I quickly realized that every available seat was occupied due to ongoing renovations. With no choice left, I settled uncomfortably on my suitcase, feeling its lumpy edges dig into me. The anticipation of my standby flight to Auckland hung like a thick fog, and the cacophony of voices and announcements washed over me like an overwhelming tide. I felt utterly exhausted, my eyelids growing heavier by the second.
Amid this chaos, I must have drifted off into a light slumber. When I gradually opened my eyes, the world around me had transformed in the most surreal way. People no longer appeared solid; instead, they shifted before me into mesmerizing waves of color that danced and swirled like liquid rainbows. It took a moment for my senses to catch up with this strange phenomenon, the vibrant hues swirling around me in a hypnotic display. But as quickly as it began, everything solidified again, returning to its familiar form as if the spell had been broken.
We all have waves of energy bodies.
Activating our rainbow-light or etheric body is crucial to the ascension journey. Our physical body is essential in this process, as it holds the potential to transcend the earthly plane. We must dissolve the anti-life force within this 3D structure to undergo biological ascension. We all have unique roles as Galactically based beings in the ascension process.
Our Etheric Light Body
The tool to awaken our Higher Self, our true essence, and our Soul field is designed to help us engage with physical reality and awaken the spirit within us. The video below was recorded many years ago during a workshop in Cape Town that focused on awakening by doodling our Soul’s qualities.
Our Body of Light
To overcome our physical limitations, we must activate and connect the first three lower chakra portals, or what Rudolf Steiner called the flower of life, or the lotus flowers. These are the energy organs of our Soul. And, if possible, the fourth and fifth ones are essential. This process requires inviting our souls to participate. The 3D timeline confines our minds, but we must transcend these limitations. We are currently witnessing a consciousness revolution beyond our human understanding. We’re in a phase of learning as we go.
When we’re in a state of fantasy, creativity, or intuition, we enter a meditative state where our physical brain interacts with the force field around our body. This force field, or aura, is established through our seven or more chakra portals.
As humans, we are constantly evolving and progressing towards a higher reality. This evolution is marked by increased frequency, leading to greater awareness, knowledge, wisdom, and insight. Our experiences play a crucial role in this transition as we broaden our understanding of the world around us. As a result, we can shift our focus and elevate our consciousness, moving through different timelines and evolving with each new experience.

The Heart Chakra Portal
The fourth, the Heart chakra, becomes like a bridge from our Astral to the higher dimensional bodies. Our chakras are interdimensional portals, and each post needs to be awakened by several codes. These codes, called the language of light codes, are derived from the Soul qualities we have awakened during our inward journey.
Who is in control, our EGO persona or our higher self?
We can start delving into our inner journey by examining the Base, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras. When inactive, these three energy centres can keep us confined to this lower dimension.
To activate these portals, we must connect with our higher self, which is linked to our heart chakra. It is important to ask our higher self to start the three lower chakra portals. This can be achieved through meditation, during Dreamtime, or while in a creative and intuitive state. Through my years of work, I have discovered that creatively doodling can help remove our analytical mental mindset, allowing for successful activation.
To embark on our journey of ascension into the fourth and fifth dimensions, we must extend an invitation to our Higher Self, which is connected to our Heart chakra portal. This will enable our physical bodies to transform into the etheric body of light and ascend.
