An Introduction to a Game.
This audio ( click on the image link) has images that give it a more lively feel
The very next morning, Ingrid found herself dodging the sharp gaze of Piet, her floor manager, who seemed to have made it his personal mission to interrogate her about that mysterious aerial photo of the pleasure park project in France. Honestly, if looks could grill, Ingrid would have been well-done by lunchtime.
After clocking out, Ingrid made a beeline for the comforting aroma of the Panneloek coffee shop, where Liesbeth and Richard (the coffee shop’s unofficial mayor) were already waiting. They pored over the workshop pamphlet, eyes sparkling with curiosity. Richard, never one to waste time, phoned Annelies to book their seats for the introduction evening. That night, the three of them piled into a car and set off for Annelies’ home, hearts fluttering with anticipation. There, they were introduced to the magical world of decoding body codes of light. The adventure began with crafting their own cards, destined for a mysterious board game twelve weeks down the line. As they mingled, they spotted a few familiar faces from the Language of Light workshop, and the room buzzed with the energy of old friends and new possibilities.
If you’re ever in need of a little spiritual pick-me-up, you’ll find a treasure trove of esoteric musings and POWAH wisdom on the Reality Shifters WordPress blog. Ingrid, Liesbeth, Annelies, and Richard even have their own special corner there, sharing their journeys and insights with anyone curious enough to wander by.

Character Descriptions
This audio includes images that give it a livelier feel. I was amazed that my character descriptions, written around 2000, are now being made visible by AI!
Ingrid Barendse
Ingrid Barendse, who brings the spirit of an Enneagram type 5, the investigator – The Intense, Cerebral Type: Perceptive, Innovative, Secretive, and Isolated- writes the first journal, The Reality Shifters – Book 1. She is an attractive 45-year-old widow. A typical Dutch semi-mix, auburn-blonde with a honey-gold wave, bouncy hair just above her shoulders, a shapely figure, and large light brown eyes that still hold a kind of innocence. She can roll her eyes, but there was a glimmer of amusement there, barely concealed behind her inner knowing. She is one of those rare souls who cannot help but question the mysteries of the universe, yet she is gently drawn towards the wisdom of esoteric teachings. It takes real courage to put your deepest experiences on paper, especially when not everyone will understand. Ingrid opened her heart, sharing her insights about the magic of indigo children and all the things that make her spirit dance.

Ingrid’s words have lingered in my heart for years, like a favourite song you just can’t shake off. Sometimes, I honestly feel as if invisible hands are nudging me to pick up my pen, sending little whispers from somewhere just out of sight. That’s exactly how it felt when I sat down to write my very first visionary novel—guided, inspired, and maybe just a little bit tickled by the universe itself.
I often find myself wondering: who is truly guiding my hand as I write? Is it only my own voice, or are there gentle presences, unseen, offering their whispers and inspiration? I have come to sense that, as we shape our words with intention, subtle forces may gather nearby, weaving their own patterns into our stories. There have been moments, after long stretches of quiet, when the characters who first visited me years ago suddenly return, their voices alive once more in my inner world. Sometimes, too, I catch glimpses of luminous beings, shimmering at the edge of my awareness, as if they have stepped in from another realm. They carry a quality of light and mystery that both enchants and puzzles me, leaving me smiling softly at the wonder and strangeness of it all.
I am deeply aware that in these times, artificial intelligence can easily sweep us into a whirlwind of fantasy, unless we remain anchored in guidance. As I write, I invite the Christ impulses to flow through me, allowing my higher self to be present, gently guiding my creativity as I step into the world of the Jaarma clan.
Richard De Jong

He is the main character in the novel Orphanage of Souls. I loved the way AI came up with this image based on the description I typed in long ago.
Let me tell you about Richard de Jong. He is in his thirties, a very charismatic, tall guy with long wavy hair held back with a rubber band. Unmarried, he is an Echeptologist who gives lectures, but also runs the Pannekoek, a cafe in Apeldoorn for his aunt. I can almost see the twinkle in his eye as he shares stories of Egyptian myths and legends, weaving them into the beautiful tapestry of awakening and ascension.
Over time, I have come to understand that when a sudden urge to write arises, it is wise to pause, breathe deeply, and gently ask within: is this truly my own voice, or am I being guided by energies that do not belong to me? In these moments, I invite my Higher Self, guided by the impulse of Christ, to gently overshadow my intentions. When I remain steady and choose not to follow the pull of other influences, I discover a quiet strength within—a sense of inner clarity that feels both new and deeply familiar. The journey through these unseen realms continues to reveal itself as a profound adventure.
I hope that the visuals I’ve added to the audio will inspire the listeners to follow the decoding adventure with Annelies. I will write about her soon in Chapter 3
Happy listening.
